• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
4. Ship the item to our return address (provided upon return authorization)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. If you are returning an item due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
